U14

The U14 are playing Crieff RFC at Hillfoots this Sunday. Please could all players report to the Clubhouse for 09.45. The kick-off has been moved to 11.00 due to the Alloa Half Marathon.  Please can all players remember Shirt and tie for after the game.  Ties are £10 and will be available to purchase on Sunday from my shared office.

On Sunday please can I ask two volunteers to come forward and help with the serving/ cooking of the pies and bean’s.  Unfortunately I cannot attend this weekend due SRU commitments.

Strength and Conditioning training is now on Monday evenings at the club for U14 from 1800-1900. They will learn basic lifting techniques and build up their muscle endurance. 

Wednesday evenings the U14 are at Alva Academy 1900-2000 where we will work on game shape.

Please remember to check and reply to teamer with regards to training be on or off. No teamer message no training!

PCS Festival 

U15 /16

The U15/16s are playing Blairgowrie this Sunday at Hillfoots RFC.  Please could all players meet at HRFC for 12.00 for a 13.00 kick off.

Training is on this week at Bannockburn on Tuesday evening and Alva Academy Astro on Wednesday evenings from 1900-2000.  We have an excellent coaching set up and relationship with Bannockburn and are always on the lookout for new players. U18 training is back every Wednesday at Alva Academy 1900- 2000.

Head Coach Bryan Conlan and Forwards Coach James Scoobie are always on the lookout for new players!! If you know of anyone who would be interested please tell them to come along. Everyone is welcome from the very short to the very tall; rugby has a place for everyone.
