The U14 are at Strathendrick RFC Key National Theme festival this Sunday. The theme for this festival is ball presentation. Please meet at Hillfoots RFC 0850 if you require a lift. If not please meet at Strathendrick for 0945 for 1000 kick off.


Please remember after game attire

–          Shirt

–          Tie

–          Smart shoes

–          Smart trousers

Anyone who forgets any item of kit will be doing extra push ups at training (‘fail to prepare, prepare to fail’). You will also need £1 for after match teas on Sunday.


Strength and Conditioning training is now on Monday evenings at the club for U14 from 1800-1900. They will learn basic lifting techniques and build up their muscle endurance. 


Wednesday evenings the U14 are at Alva Academy 1900-2000 where we will work on game shape.  NO training on the 13th of February due to holidays.

Please remember to check teamer with regards to training be on or off. No teamer message no training!

U15 /16

 The u15’s have a cup game this Sunday at Bannockburn v’s Falkirk meet at 11:20 for 11:30 w/up half 12 K.O. The U14’S who have been training with us prior too moving up will be notified through teamer as they will be part of the cup squad

 Training is on this week at Bannockburn on Tuesday evening and Alva Academy Astro on Wednesday evenings from 1900-2000.

We have an excellent coaching set up and relationship with Bannockburn and are always on the lookout for new players. If you would like to find out more or would like to get involved please contact [email protected]  


U18 training is back every Wednesday at Alva Academy 1900- 2000.


Weekend training starts this Sunday for U18s. Please report to the clubhouse for 0945 for a 1000 start. Bryan and Eddie will be down coaching so please make the effort.  


 Head Coach Bryan Conlan and Forwards Coach James Scoobie are always on the lookout for new players!! If you know of anyone who would be interested please tell them to come along. Everyone is welcome from the very short to the very tall; rugby has a place for everyone.
