First XV
Hillfoots slipped deep into the relegation zone after a fourth straight defeat, this time at the hands of Mackie. Hillfoots find themselves with the difficult task of travelling to Orkney next week needing a bonus point win to give them any chance of survival in the Caldedonia National League 1.
Senior training is every Tuesday and Thursday at Alva Academy astro turf 1900-2100. Everyone is welcome to come down and get involved. Our veterans also train their touch rugby skills at the same times.
Second XV
The Second XV are away this weekend to Carnoustie.

The over 30s training starts back this Tuesday at Alva Academy from 1900-2000 on the AstroTurf. Their training consists of a good game of touch rugby followed by team tactics in the Wool Pack.
