Tigers P1-P2

P1-P2 are cancelled this Sunday due to so many being away at Strathendrick Minis Festival.

P3-P7

 

This Sunday the P3 to P7 teams are away to Strathendrick. Please meet at Strathendrick 11.15 and 11.40 kick off.  If your son or daughters need kit, please contact me ASAP and I will check our current stock sizes.

Wednesday night training for P5, P6 & P7 is back from 1st May, training starts at 18.00-20.00. These training session will work on physical competencies and rugby’s fundamental skills.

U14

U14

The U14 are training at Home this Sunday 10.00-12.00. Please bring match day kit because we will be playing a in house 7s tournament.  

Strength and conditioning is on Monday evenings 18.00-20.00 , please can all players bring their trainers and boots. If the sunshine’s we will be outside!!!

 

Wednesday evenings the U14 are at HILLFOOTS  18.00-20.00 where we will work on game shape.

 

Please remember to check and reply to teamer with regards to training be on or off. No teamer message no training!

U15 /16

All U15/16 are welcome to come down to Hillfoots RFC on Wednesday evenings from 18.00-20.00 where there will be a fun session in place to keep their fitness and skills ticking over. Also give them a break from their studying.

U18 training is on every Monday & Wednesday at HRFC from  18.00- 20.00.

Sunday training starts at 12.00 til 14.00

Head Coach Bryan Conlan and Forwards Coach James Scoobie are always on the lookout for new players!! If you know of anyone who would be interested please tell them to come along. Everyone is welcome from the very short to the very tall; rugby has a place for everyone.

Seniors

First XV

Senior training is every Tuesday and Thursday at HRFC 19.00-20.30. Everyone is welcome to come down and get involved. Our veterans also train their touch rugby skills at the same times.

Second XV

Cast Tups

The Cast Tups are always on the lookout for players so anyone looking for a game and beer please contact one of the two Norries by emailing [email protected] or 07717627013 ASAP. The over 30s training starts back this Tuesday at HRFC from 1900-2000 on the local park. Their training consists of a good game of touch rugby followed by team tactics in the Wool Pack.

(*the social rugby during the afternoon is free but as per other events – you will need to pay for catering/drinks- free camping is available for the weekend on site at the rugby club, however, there will be an entry fee if you stay for the night time entertainment)
