Minis: P1-P7: Indoor Training 1000-1200 @ Alva Academy
This Sunday our Minis section is indoor at Alva Academy from 1o00-1200. Please can all players wear clean trainers and suitable indoor clothing. With the environment being indoor this Sunday it may get quite HOT. To avoid any dehydration please can everyone remember a water bottle.
At the end of the session 1145 we plan to have our awards for Player and Tackler of the Day. In order to do this we need all those who won awards last week to return them at registration.
Youth – Sunday
S1 & S2: Home training 1000-1200 @ Alva Academy
This Sunday our U14s are outside on the rugby pitch at Alva Academy from 1000-1200. Please can all players remember to dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
U15/16s: Home training 1200-1400 @ HRFC
Our League winners are training at Hillfoots RFC this Sunday from 1200 till 1400. Congratulations to all those involved!!!
U18s: TBC
Seniors – Saturday
First XV: Hillfoots V Harris @ Home 1400
Our undefeated firsts fifteen cannot wait for this fixture after a two week layoff. It promises to be a great game with the top two sides in the league competing for the win.

Movember Shave off Sunday
All coaches will be shaving off there Movember’s this Sunday at Alva Academy.
We will be collecting money for the Mens Health Charity who work tirelessly to raise awareness and support those with prostate cancer.
This promises to be a fun morning session with our creative shavers !!!

Final orders will be taken this Sunday for the Christmas deadline.
Please can all members who are still waiting or would like to order kit email me asap to confirm their order is correct.
