Weekly Junior Information for 8 December

BLUF:
  • Remember all Tigers, Juniors and Youth are training at Alva Academy (Academy Avenue, FK12 5FE) from just after 10:00 to 11:30.
  • Tigers and Juniors please layer up well but expect to get hot in the gym!  Don’t forget to bring water and gum shields!!
  • Youth – also layer up – you will be on the Astroturf outside!  Remember no metal studs!

How awesome do the new shirts look?  If you ordered a shirt and have paid for it, you can pick it up on Saturday evening at the Club (if you would like Jamie Bhatti to sign it!), or on Sunday morning.  If you have yet to pay, please use the links below and email Barry to say you have paid:
 

Touch rugby: from Youth to Cast-ups touch rugby
Come along from 7pm until 830pm every Tuesday and Thursday(until 8) at Alva Academy astro-turf for some great touch!  We welcome everyone from S1 up to the oldest and boldest Cast-tups player!  Remember no metal studs are permitted.  Games will end the 21st of December.
