Minis and Youth training update for 9-10 Feb 2013Junior Hillfoots
Minis are off this weekend due to the Half term break. Enjoy your holiday and make sure you support Scotland this Saturday against Italy. You may recognise the ball boy singing the national anthem to be our very own P5 Charlie Robins! Good luck Charlie
We resume training at Hillfoots on 17th of February 2013. I am currently trying to add on lost fixtures for the remainder of the season and will hand out an update version at home training session and send it via email to parents.
The U14 are training at Hillfoots RFC this weekend 1000-1200. The session will focus on tackling!!
Strength and Conditioning training is now on Monday evenings at the club for U14 from 1800-1900. They will learn basic lifting techniques and build up their muscle endurance.
Wednesday evenings the U14 are at Alva Academy 1900-2000 where we will work on game shape. NO training on the 13th of February due to holidays.
Please remember to check teamer with regards to training be on or off. No teamer message no training!
Are next fixture is on the 17th of February at Strathendrick Key National Theme festival. The theme for this festival is ball presentation.
Training for the U15/16 is at Bannockburn RFC this Sunday 1030-1200.
Training is on this week at Bannockburn on Tuesday evening and Alva Academy Astro on Wednesday evenings from 1900-2000.

U18 training is back every Wednesday at Alva Academy 1900- 2000.
Weekend training starts this Sunday for U18s. Please report to the clubhouse for 0945 for a 1000 start.
Head Coach Bryan Conlan and Forwards Coach James Scoobie are always on the lookout for new players!! If you know of anyone who would be interested please tell them to come along. Everyone is welcome from the very short to the very tall; rugby has a place for everyone.
